Heres a small fillet table that stays up all the time. I call it the "Clam Bar",  as you will often find me opening clams at this table around cocktail hour. It is just a handy thing to have in the cockpit. The fiddles on the left end, and back side, keep all the mess draining overboard . The sandshade starboard material blends nicely will the 400 gelcoat. Two small strips screwed to the underneath keep the shelf from moving sideways and a small strip of nonskid shelf lining keep it from sliding forward.
