We made a cover for our electrical panel, as the breakers were too exposed
especially while doing mess duty in a rolling seaway. Mainship has corrected
this on later vessels by mounting the panels from the inside of the
refrigerator cabinet.

The smoked plexiglass protects the switches from accidental movement when working about the galley,and keeps the youngsters from playing with the breakers.

Ray has built a cherry frame that blends beautifully with the rest of the cabinet.
